Role & responsibilities

Review and approve QMS investigation reports including OOS, OOT, deviations, and complaints.

- Drive investigation surveillance activities, identify recurring issues, analyze trends, and maintain investigation dashboards.
- Conduct investigator training programs, workshops, and qualification activities to strengthen investigation excellence.
- Collaborate with QA, QC, Production, Engineering, and cross-functional teams for investigation support, evidence gathering, and CAPA follow-up.
- Monitor CAPA implementation and effectiveness, ensuring timely closure and escalation of critical concerns.
- Maintain investigation records, trackers, SOP-related documentation, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Support regulatory inspections and customer audits by preparing investigation data, trends, and audit responses.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, compliance, and GMP requirements across all investigation-related activities.
