The team of around 85 professionals operates from a 60,000 sq ft factory in Vaghodia GIDC, Vadodara, Gujarat.

Role Description This is a full-time, in office QA/QC role based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The QA/QC professional will perform daily inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished toys to ensure they meet internal standards and customer specifications.

Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring quality procedures, documenting test results, identifying non-conformities, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues. The role involves supporting compliance with relevant manufacturing regulations, preparing quality reports,



and assisting in internal and external audits. The QA/QC team member will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product reliability and safety.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for manufacturing environments.

Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to maintain and improve quality systems.

Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and related regulatory requirements.

Candidates should possess abilities in data analysis, documentation, and reporting for quality metrics.

Relevant experience in manufacturing, preferably in toys, plastics, or consumer products.

Diploma or degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field is preferred.

Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Basic computer proficiency (e.g., spreadsheets, quality tracking tools) and familiarity with standard QA/QC methodologies.
