Roles and Responsibilities :

- Verify customer documents, including KYC (Know Your Customer) documents, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Conduct document checking and verification processes for new customers or existing ones who require updates.

- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre setting.

- Excellent English language skills (written & spoken).

- Strong Hindi speaking skills are an added advantage.

- Ability to work on night shifts (rotational).
