Experience: 7+ years

We are looking for an experienced Python Technical Lead to manage the development team, drive technical decisions, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, databases, application hosting, cloud infrastructure, and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage a team of Python developers.

· Own technical architecture, design decisions, and project delivery.

· Develop and review scalable Python applications and REST APIs.

· Plan tasks, assign responsibilities, track progress, and resolve blockers.

· Ensure code quality, security, performance, and development standards.

· Manage application hosting, cloud deployments, databases, and production environments.

· Handle production issues, technical risks, and deployment decisions.

· Collaborate with business, product, and other technical teams.

· Mentor developers and support their technical growth.

· Identify and implement AI-enabled features, automation, and productivity improvements.

Required Skills

· Strong expertise in Python, Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

· Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and scalable system architecture.





· Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and database optimization.

· Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Linux servers, Docker, and CI/CD.

· Experience in production deployments, monitoring, security, and troubleshooting.

· Practical knowledge of AI, LLMs, AI APIs, RAG, prompt engineering, or machine learning solutions.

· Robust experience in code reviews, technical documentation, and delivery planning.

· Proven team management, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
