Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications, automation bots, and AI agents.

- Build and integrate APIs (REST, SOAP) with internal and third-party systems.

- Develop and maintain Selenium-based scripts for web automation, including portals that require authentication, file uploads, and form submissions.

- Design and implement workflows in n8n to orchestrate automations, data flows, and integrations between systems.

- Build AI agents integrating with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) where applicable.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing scripts and workflows; respond to portal or system changes that affect automation.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements, propose solutions, and deliver them end-to-end.

- Document the logic, design, and maintenance steps for all developed solutions.

- Take ownership of assigned tasks and provide proactive status updates.

Required Skills & Experience





- Strong proficiency in Python (3.x), including OOP, scripting, and library usage.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium for browser-based automation.

- Solid experience working with APIs — both consuming and developing REST APIs.

- Experience in building automation bots (RPA-style scripts, scrapers, schedulers).

- Working knowledge of n8n.

- Experience working with or building AI agents using LLMs and agentic frameworks.

- Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL and SQL).

- Experience with Git / version control.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Positive to Have

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

- Familiarity with Docker / containerization.

- Experience with prompt engineering.

- Front-end basics (HTML, JavaScript, React) for full-stack troubleshooting.
