Responsibilities will include supervising engineering teams, overseeing system operations,

ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and coordinating with multiple departments for successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

- Strategic Planning: Develop IT roadmaps that support long-term business growth.
- Project Management: Lead IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget compliance.
- Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, hire, train, and mentor IT engineers,fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
- Architecture Review: Evaluate software architecture and technical solutions for scalability, security, and efficiency.

Qualifications :B.Tech (Mandatory)

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of Python

- Experience with RESTful API design and microservices.
- Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage diverse teams and resolve conflicts.
