Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Python AI Developer to join our team at PhenomECloud. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and software solutions, working across data engineering, backend development, and machine learning model pipelines.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software using Python.

- Design and implement AI/ML pipelines using TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Work with data using NumPy, Pandas, and scientific Python libraries.

- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize ML models.

- Integrate models with backend services (FastAPI, Django, Flask).

- Develop scalable data processing workflows.

- Deploy and maintain AI solutions using Docker, CI/CD, cloud.

- Debug, optimize, and maintain reusable code.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Skills & Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience as a Python or AI Developer.

- Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI.

- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

- Experience working with NumPy, Pandas, and data processing techniques.

- Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and Vector Databases (e.g., Qdrant).

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Familiarity with building and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions.

- Exposure to distributed computing or MLOps is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and collaboration abilities.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
