- Maintain a database of approved suppliers.
Cost Optimization: 1. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to achieve cost reduction without compromising on quality.
- Track and control procurement expenses to meet budget targets.
Purchase Order Management: 1. Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and on time.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and standards.
Coordination: 1. Work closely with production, quality, and finance teams to align procurement activities with business requirements.
- Resolve issues related to material shortages, delayed deliveries, or quality concerns.
Compliance & Reporting: 1. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and company policies related to procurement.
- Generate regular reports on procurement status, supplier performance, and cost savings.
