We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President – Revenue Operations (RevOps) to lead and scale our global revenue operations function. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Finance to maximize revenue growth, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimize the entire customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings 10–20 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Go-to-Market Operations within high-growth technology or SaaS organizations. You will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, building scalable operational frameworks, aligning cross-functional teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to accelerate business performance.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, analytical expertise,



and exceptional leadership to create a predictable and efficient revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's Revenue Operations strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Build and lead high-performing RevOps teams across Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Business Analytics.
Design scalable operational processes that improve productivity, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Own revenue forecasting methodologies, pipeline management, territory planning, quota design, and capacity planning.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success leadership to align GTM strategies and operational execution.
Establish standardized reporting frameworks, executive dashboards, and KPI scorecards to monitor business performance.
Drive CRM optimization, automation initiatives, and technology stack improvements to increase operational efficien
