Role Overview




We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Executive with a background in IT/technology sales to join our outbound sales team, focused on the UAE market. In this role, you will proactively reach out to UAE-based businesses, pitch Arcitech's suite of AI automation, software development, and managed IT services, and convert qualified leads into active sales pipelines. This is a full-time, remote position with daytime-to-evening hours (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST) aligned to UAE business hours and with robust overlap with the Dubai-based reporting manager.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to UAE-based B2B prospects to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
Pitch Arcitech's offerings — AI Automation, Software Development, Website & App Development, Managed IT Services, Enterprise Integration — compellingly.
Identify decision-makers (CTO, CIO, VP Engineering, Operations Heads) and establish meaningful conversations.
