Role Description
LINC Education is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert in Digital Marketing with AI to support the development of its program. This is an exciting freelance chance to collaborate and contribute to creating industry-relevant learning experiences.
The SME will work closely with the Learning Design (LD) team to validate, enrich, and develop technical content while ensuring the curriculum reflects current industry practices and emerging AI-driven marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

The SME will be responsible for:
Reviewing, validating, and refining the overall program blueprint.
Reviewing and enhancing the theoretical content created by the Learning Design team.




Developing practical content for technology platforms and industry tools included in the curriculum.
Creating detailed tool demonstrations, implementation guidance, and best-practice documentation about the tools listed in the blueprint.
Designing a comprehensive capstone project aligned with real-world business scenarios.
Developing the capstone solution/model answer along with a detailed evaluation rubric.
Ensuring all content is accurate, current, practical, and aligned with industry standards.
Desired candidate profile:
Education / Work Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
4–8+ years of hands-on industry experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing within agencies, startups, or enterprise organisations.
Demonstrated experience planning, executing, optimising, and measuring multi-channel digital mark
