Our client is a category-defining D2C/omnichannel consumer brand, scaling rapidly across online and offline retail post-Series B. As they enter their next phase of growth, technology, data and systems thinking have become core strategic advantages. They're looking for a hardcore operator to lead technology across the business.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Omnichannel Technology Infrastructure: Own technology architecture across D2C, marketplaces and offline retail and ensure seamless integration across commerce, inventory, ERP, OMS and analytics systems while improving platform reliability, scalability and operational visibility
Inventory Forecasting & Operational Intelligence: Build systems for demand forecasting, replenishment planning and inventory allocation. Drive smarter inventory decisions across channels. Improve working capital efficiency and inventory turns
Business Intelligence & Analytics- Build data and reporting infrastructure across the org. Create a single source of truth across sales, marketing, operations, inventory and finance.



Enable real-time dashboards for leadership decision-making.
Automation & Internal Tooling: Identify operational bottlenecks across teams. Build workflows, automations and internal tools to boost execution speed. Reduce manual dependencies across the business.
Vendor & Technology Partner Management: Lead relationships with external technology agencies and ecosystem partners
Strategic Leadership- Partner with founders on the long-term technology and systems roadmap. Bring structure and execution discipline to the technology function. Build internal product, analytics and systems capability over time.

Profile Requirements:
10+ years in technology, product, data or business systems leadership
Experience scaling high-growth ecommerce, D2C, retail or consumer internet businesses
Solid grasp of omni-channel commerce systems
Deep familiarity with Shopify, OMS/WMS, ERP integrations, analytics infrastructure and marketpla
