t* Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral

.* Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment
.* Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues
.* Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams
.Office Infrastructure Suppor
t* Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice,

.* Assist with smart office solutions, digital signage, and conference room technologies
.* Coordinate with vendors and support scheduled maintenance activities

t* Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records
.Project & Site Suppor
t* Receive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assets
.* Coordinate warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal, and stock management
.* Ensure compliance with asset management policies and audit requirements
.* Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and infrastructur
eprojects
.* Assist with business events, demonstrations, and technology deployments
.* Provide remote hands support and escort third-party vendors when required
