Overview

Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCoE) is seeking to hire a Bid/Proposal Specialist. As a Bid Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the Bid Manager/Director in managing the end-to-end bid process, focusing on both high-value strategic opportunities and low-cost bids within the insurance broking industry. This role requires robust expertise in proposal development, project management, stakeholder engagement,



and business acumen to deliver compelling, compliant, and visually impactful proposals.

You will be responsible for developing content strategies, producing high-quality bid responses, editing and designing proposal documents, and collaborating closely with the DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) team on a day-to-day basis.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong research and analytical capabilities to support bid development and risk underwriting initiatives. You will synthesize and interpret complex information to shape bid strategies, strengthen proposal content, identify new business opportunities, and develop tailored value propositions aligned with client requirements and service/product offerings.
