Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced CCM Architect / Practice Lead to lead the architecture, implementation, and growth of our Customer Communications Management (CCM) practice. This role is responsible for designing enterprise-scale customer communication solutions, driving delivery excellence, establishing technical standards,



and mentoring engineering teams.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in leading CCM platforms, enterprise solution architecture, client consulting, and practice development while supporting digital communication transformation initiatives across multiple industry domains.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture
Design and implement enterprise-scale Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions for print and digital communications.
Define scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture for enterprise communication platforms.
Develop reusable templates, frameworks, accelerators, and components to improve delivery efficiency.
Design integration architectures using APIs, messaging platforms, and batch processing frameworks.
Conduct architecture reviews and establish enterprise technical standards and best practices.
