Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Systems Engineer to join our Electric Vehicle (EV) development team. This position will bridge the gap between hardware and software, possessing a strong foundational understanding of embedded system logic, safety standards, and testing methodologies.
Architecture & Development: Contribute to the design and development of vehicle-level or component-level architecture for EV platforms.
Logic & Testing: Derive system logics and write comprehensive test cases,



with a strong focus on identifying and validating corner cases for embedded HW/SW systems.
Documentation: Draft, review, and manage documents such as Product Requirements Documents (PRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Hardware Requirement Specifications (HRS), Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) and Design Verification Plans (DVP).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional internal teams (mechanical, software, hardware) and external vendors to ensure seamless system integration.
Lifecycle Management: Actively participate in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process, from concept through to production.
Projects: Owned or worked with at least one of the following projects/products end-to-end : VCU, ABS, Cluster, Telematics, BCM, TCU
Diagnostics: Manage Field Failures with Interim Corrective Actions (ICA) while working on a Root-Cause Analysis (RCA) and implem
