* 3–5 years of overall IT experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or
infrastructure support roles.
* Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services including:
* EC2
* S3
* IAM
* CloudWatch
* VPC
* Lambda (basic understanding)
* Basic to intermediate experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools:
* Terraform
* CloudFormation
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as:
* GitHub Actions
* Jenkins
* GitLab CI/CD
* Azure DevOps
* Basic understanding of containerization technologies:
* Docker
* Kubernetes
* Experience with Linux systems and shell scripting.
* Understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud security basics.

Preferred Qualifications
* Exposure to AWS-based DevOps environments or cloud platform support.
* Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana,
Prometheus, or ELK/OpenSearch.
* Exposure to AI/ML platforms, Databricks, or cloud-native AI services is an
added advantage.
* AWS Associate-level certification is preferred.
