About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Executive at IIDE, Lower Parel, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through their educational journey. This role involves counseling students on IIDE’s digital marketing programs, managing student communications, mentoring junior counselors, and driving admissions growth while ensuring an excellent student experience.
You will provide career guidance,



answer student and parent queries, manage lead conversions, and collaborate with internal teams to uphold high standards across the admissions process.

What You'll Do:
● Student Counseling & Guidance:
○ Counsel students on IIDE’s digital marketing courses, helping them choose the right path based on their interests and career aspirations.
○ Communicate with students and parents both in-person and over the phone, addressing queries and guiding them through course options.
○ Provide expert career guidance and support students throughout their learning journey.

● Mentorship & Team Collaboration:
○ Mentor and support junior counselors to improve counseling effectiveness and individual performance.
○ Assist in onboarding and training new team members to ensure consistency within the counseling department.
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless student experience.
