Job Summary

The Design Engineer is assigned to a project as a key member of the HVAC design team who will be doing engineering activities to carry out HVAC design work based on standard company procedure / other procedures.

Carry out HVAC design work based on standard company procedure / other procedures. Timely completion of design and engineering deliverables.
Should have very strong communication skills.
Carry out HVAC design work as per the requirements of Project
Adherence to Dept. /Discipline Working Instructions and Quality Systems.
Overview of work progress and work-hour usage.
Working within company budgets
Meet client expectations and maintain long-term relationship with client. Attend to client’s feedback and any complaints

Minimum Job Requirements

A degree in Mechanical Engineering Discipline with minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC designing field for Data center project. Candidate should possess knowledge in carrying out basic and detailed engineering work. Candidate should have technical & working knowledge of HVAC designing for Data center, projects.

Carrying out detailed heat load calculations.
Candidates should be able to carry out pump head and static pressure calculations.
Should be aware of HAVC equipment selection.
Should have knowledge of designing of ducting, piping and HVAC controls.
Should be capable of coordinating with other services and preparation of HVAC Tender
Should be well aware of current pharma, ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISO & Clean room guidelines.
