Role Description The Insurance Agent role and Business Associate role in MARUTI CONSULTANCY are full-time hybrid position based in Barasat, with some flexibility for work from home. The Insurance Agent will meet and communicate with clients to understand their coverage needs, explain insurance products, and recommend suitable policies & the BusinessAssociate Leaders are engaged in Sourcing the Agents. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting needs assessments, preparing quotes,



processing applications, and coordinating with insurance providers and internal brokerage partners. The role involves maintaining accurate records, following up on renewals, handling basic finance-related queries, and providing proactive customer service support. The Insurance Agent will also contribute to building and maintaining a local client network and meeting individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications

Solid Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage skills, with the ability to explain policy options clearly and ethically.
Knowledge of Insurance products and basic Finance concepts to advise clients on suitable coverage and premium structures.
Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, conflict resolution, and clear verbal and written communication.
Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, generate leads, and work toward sales goals in a structured manner.
