Role overview
We are looking for highly motivated engineers to support the development of electric traction motors, prototype assemblies, and power electronics systems.
You will work directly on real EV products—from concept to prototype to testing.

What you will do
Power Electronics & Inverter Hardware




Design traction inverter hardware for PMSM and BLDC motor controllers.
Develop gate driver circuits, current and voltage sensing circuits, protection circuits, and power stage architectures.
Select and validate power semiconductors (MOSFETs, IGBTs, gate drivers, sensors, passive components) based on electrical, thermal, and reliability requirements.
Optimize hardware for efficiency, thermal performance, EMI/EMC compliance, and manufacturability.

Hardware Design & PCB Development
Design analog and digital circuits including microcontroller interfaces, signal conditioning, filtering, power supplies, and communication circuits.
Develop complete schematic designs and work closely with PCB layout engineers to ensure robust implementation.
Review PCB layouts with focus on grounding, high-current paths, thermal management, isolation, and signal integrity.
Define design guidelines for mixed-signal systems, noise reduction, and EMC best
