Role Description The Presales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the sales cycle by translating customer needs into tailored solution proposals. This role includes conducting product demonstrations, preparing presentations, and assisting in the development of proposals and proof-of-concept solutions for prospective clients.



The Presales Specialist collaborates closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to clarify requirements, address technical and business questions, and ensure prospects understand the value of Loyyal’s platform. Day-to-day work involves analyzing client use cases, preparing documentation and responses to RFPs and RFIs, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product features and loyalty industry trends. The role also involves building strong relationships with potential customers, providing transparent and timely communication, and contributing feedback to improve product offerings and sales materials.
