Role Description
An HR Business Analyst will evaluate workforce data, improve human resources processes, and optimize HR technology systems to align people operations with company goal. He will be responsible for Data Analysis and Reporting, Track metrics, Build dashboards, Improve workflows, Workforce planning, Ensure compliance etc.

Key Responsibilities




Translate URS into detailed technical design documents (ETL flows, data models, logic)
Implement and maintain solutions in Visier, including data ingestion, semantic layer configuration, and security/access setup
Define and document ETL processes (DataStage) and data structures (Oracle DB)
Write SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting
Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and support implementation
Support QA and testing activities (unit/UAT) with data validation and expected results
Review dashboards and reports (Power BI, Qlik Sense) for accuracy vs. requirements
Ensure data quality, consistency, and end-to-end traceability

Education and Skill-set Required
Degree in Information Systems / Computer Science / related
A minimum of 6 years of business analysis experience, including at least 3 years in HR technology projects
Experience with HR analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data inte
