Role Summary
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Head – Hyderabad to lead and scale our city operations. The role demands a business leader who can build high-performing teams, establish robust developer relationships, drive sustainable growth, and own the city's P&L.; This is a strategic leadership role focused on building a scalable business rather than merely achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities




Drive the overall business growth and profitability for Hyderabad.
Own the city's P&L; and deliver revenue and profitability targets.
Build and strengthen relationships with leading developers and institutional stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Drive operational excellence and business performance across functions.
Collaborate with Top Management to execute strategic growth initiatives.

Desired Profile
10years of leadership experience.
Proven experience in business building, scaling operations, and P&L; ownership.
Strong exposure to Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Advisory, BFSI, or other relevant industries.
Demonstrated success in leading large, cross-functional teams.
Team Management.
Strong commercial acumen, developer relationship management, and strategic thinking.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build sustainable businesses.
