We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing organization. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker who has successfully built high-performing marketing teams, driven customer acquisition at scale, and delivered measurable business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
As VP Marketing, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy, with a robust focus on Performance Marketing and Growth Marketing. You will be responsible for accelerating customer acquisition, improving retention, optimizing marketing ROI, and building a scalable growth engine. Working closely with Product, Sales, Analytics, and Leadership teams, you will define the company's go-to-market strategy, manage marketing budgets, and create campaigns that drive sustainable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creative problem-solving,



possesses deep expertise in digital marketing channels, and has a proven ability to lead marketing organizations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and revenue goals.
Lead all performance marketing initiatives across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, influencer, and emerging digital acquisition channels.
Build and optimize scalable growth marketing programs focused on customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Own marketing budgets, forecast spend, and maximize return on investment through continuous experimentation and optimization.
Define customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies using data-driven insights.
