The Senior Sales Representative is a field-based role responsible for driving sales in assigned territories through direct customer engagement, relationship building, and consistent revenue generation. This is an individual contributor role requiring high energy, hustle, and self-motivation to achieve aggressive sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Generation & Target Achievement
-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
-Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, referrals, and market visits
-Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with 3x coverage of monthly targets

Target Metrics:
-Monthly Sales Target
-Quarterly Sales Target
-Annual Sales Target

2. Territory Management
-Own and manage assigned territory (city/district/state as applicable)
-Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings (5-10 per day)




-Map all potential customers in territory and prioritize based on potential
-Travel to different cities/towns within assigned territory
-Plan weekly/monthly field schedules for optimal coverage

3. Customer Relationship Management
-Build and maintain robust relationships with customers
-Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
-Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
-Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment
-Collect customer feedback and share with management

4. Reporting & Administration
-Update Reporting daily with all activities, meetings, and deals
-Submit daily call reports (DCR) and weekly activity reports
-Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates
-Report competitor activities and market intelligence

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education
-Bachelor's degree in any discipline
-Graduation in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or Science preferred
