At Porcellia, performance marketing isn’t a back-office function. It’s a front-line growth engine. You’ll be working on high-AOV D2C brands in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle, where every experiment matters, every insight compounds, and every win scales quick.

Your job is simple to describe, hard to master:
Make ads that scale profitably, repeatedly.

What you’ll actually do
Plan, launch, and optimise performance campaigns across Meta & Google
Translate raw performance data into clear actions and experiments
Build and maintain creative testing frameworks (hooks, formats, angles, audiences)
Work closely with designers, editors, and copy to create ads people stop scrolling for
Own core performance metrics: CPC,



CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR
Diagnose what’s broken, double down on what’s working, and kill what’s not
Stay sharp on platform changes, algorithm shifts, and emerging ad formats
Think beyond “running ads” and contribute to full-funnel growth strategy

Who is this role for

Junior Performance Marketers (1 - 2 years)
You’ve run real campaigns, not just certifications
You understand basic ad metrics and want to go deeper
You ask why something worked, not just that it worked
You’re hungry to learn attribution, scaling logic, and testing discipline

Mid-Level Performance Marketers (2 - 4 years)
You’ve managed meaningful ad spends and scaled accounts profitably
You can design and execute full-funnel strategies (cold -> warm -> retargeting)
You’re comfortable juggling multiple brands or large accounts
You can balance creative intuition with analytical rigour
