Key Responsibilities

Conduct Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) audits, inspections, legal compliance assessments, and risk assessments across various industries.
Execute EHS consulting assignments, including Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), legal compliance assessments, and EHS Management System implementation.
Develop EHS policies, standards, procedures, manuals, risk registers, and other technical documentation.
Prepare high-quality technical reports, audit reports, proposals, and other client deliverables.
Deliver EHS training programmes, workshops, and awareness sessions for client organizations.
Provide technical support on Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability & Social (EHSS&S;) consulting projects.
Support clients in complying with applicable statutory, regulatory, and international EHS requirements.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, conduct site visits, and recommend practical, value-added EHS solutions.
Support Sustainability, ESG, Environmental & Social Due Diligence (ESDD/ESGDD),



and other Environmental & Social consulting assignments, as required.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Build and maintain robust client relationships through technical excellence and effective communication.
Travel to client locations across India and overseas, as required.
Stay updated with emerging legislation, international standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2 years of EHS consulting experience (Consulting experience is mandatory).
B.Tech in Industrial Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Strong knowledge of EHS legislation, risk assessment methodologies, and EHS Management Systems.
Excellent analytical, report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
