Job Summary: This position will be based in Bangalore and report to General
Counsel (HTCS India)and will be a member of HTS India Leadership team. Lead
Attorney (HTS India) will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters within
HTS India. This role involves providing strategic legal advice to senior
management, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, managing legal risks,
and leading the HTS India legal department. Lead Attorney will work closely with
SBGs and Functions to support business objectives and protect Honeywell's
interests.
