Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will identify,



evaluate, and develop recent business opportunities across enterprise technology and clean-energy infrastructure segments, including industrial AI solutions and solar/BESS projects. The role involves building and managing strategic relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, conducting market and competitor analysis, and preparing business proposals, presentations, and commercial responses. The individual will collaborate closely with technical, operations, and finance teams to shape offerings, support solution design, and ensure alignment between client needs and company capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities also include managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, supporting bid and tender processes, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular reporting and insights to leadership.
