Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Publisher Partnerships Manager to drive growth and excellence across InMobi’s publisher partnerships. This is a client-facing role focused on nurturing, retaining, and expanding existing relationships within our App, Web, and CTV ecosystems.

You will be the trusted advisor to our publishers — guiding them through optimization, yield strategies, and data-driven insights to unlock maximum monetization potential. As part of the Customer Success team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Marketplace teams to help expand InMobi from an app-first exchange to a truly omnichannel platform.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationship management, analytics, and strategy, and is passionate about driving long-term publisher success within the energetic Ad Tech landscape.

What You Will Be Doing

Own end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of App & Web publishers, driving long-term performance growth and satisfaction,



with working exposure to CTV supply as needed.
Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets through yield optimization, header bidding configuration reviews, upsell of monetization products, and proactive identification of demand-side gaps (fill rate, eCPM compression, bid density).
Build deep technical and commercial understanding of each publisher's stack — ad server setup, mediation/wrapper configuration, supply path — to diagnose issues and drive optimization conversations independently, without relying on Product/Ops to interpret the problem.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Demand, Marketplace, Engineering, and Business Development teams to coordinate supply and demand strategy, resolve technical integration issues, and shape roadmap priorities using direct publisher feedback.
