You will be responsible for improving services and co-create innovative user experiences online website/app. The UX designer in the team will be the leader of “omnichannel glue” that will also bring together and bind the physical and digital retail experiences & will work more on a feature to feature basis but the large process will include improving the online ecommerce through researching, developing and testing ideas.
You will also plan, organise resources & make CaratLane stores frictionless with the aim of creating a quality customer experience at the website/app.
Essentially Product designer will look at two major context at CaratLane :
1. Pre-purchase. The service design activities that work to enhance the experience when the consumer is in the moment to engage online.
2. Post-purchase. The service design activities that create amazing experiences after the consumer has turned into a customer. All post-purchase activities start at the moment the consumer has parted with his/her money, right through to the point the consumer receives the product.
It’s key to note that both pre- and post-purchase comprise a mix of “front of house” and “behind the scenes” activities. You will collaborate with Online - Product Design, Tech & Management along with the Merchandise team.
