Job Summary We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with a solid background in Selenium to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our software applications. You will work closely with developers and other stakeholders to identify testing requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test data.
Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Document test results and maintain test documentation.
Mandatory Skills
Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver for automated testing.
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Preferred Skills
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
Familiarity with performance testing tools.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in QA automation testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
