Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Project Manager with 12+ years of experience in the Learning and Development industry to lead the successful delivery of learning transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in eLearning development, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), content migration, digital learning programs, and client engagement.

The role requires solid program and project management capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive large-scale learning technology implementations and migration programs while ensuring delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple learning and technology projects from initiation through closure.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets,



resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Ensure successful delivery of projects within agreed quality, cost, and schedule parameters.
Establish project governance and provide regular executive-level status reporting.

LMS, LXP & Learning Technology Management

Lead implementation, enhancement, and support projects for LMS and LXP platforms.
Manage platform upgrades, integrations, migrations, and change management initiatives.
Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to define solution requirements.
Drive adoption and optimization of learning technologies to improve learner engagement and business outcomes.

Content Migration & Transformation

Lead large-scale migration projects involving learning content, curricula, learner records, and metadata.
Define migration strategies, data valid
