Interex Designs LLP is looking for a Purchase Executive with 4–5 years of experience in an interior designing company. The candidate should have strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and cost control related to interior projects. Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end purchasing activities for interior fit-out projects

Prepare and review BOQs as per project requirements

Coordinate with design and project teams using AutoCAD drawings for material specifications

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers (robust bargaining skills required)

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project timelines

Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and cost comparisons

Ensure quality, quantity, and cost compliance of purchased materials Required Skills & Qualifications:

4–5 years of experience as a Purchase Executive in an interior design / fit-out company

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and analysis

Excellent negotiation and bargaining skills

Good coordination and communication skills

Ability to join immediately
