Role Description The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities in a full-time, remote role. Daily tasks include processing purchase requisitions, preparing and tracking purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and optimal pricing. The role involves maintaining accurate purchasing records, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting purchase planning in line with company policies.

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements, negotiate with suppliers, and help optimize costs while ensuring quality and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, including accurate documentation and tracking.
- Candidates should possess solid Purchase Management and Procurement skills, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders in a remote environment.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of inventory management and familiarity with ERP or procurement software.
- Relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering procurement is beneficial.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Robust attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
