Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Public Speaking, English, and Communications Expert for working professionals, toddlers (domestic), and students of all ages across Indian regions. The expert will design and deliver age-appropriate online lessons and training modules in English communication and public speaking, tailored to different learner groups, including young children, school and college students, and working professionals. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting interactive live classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to improve speaking confidence, pronunciation, and communication skills.

The role also involves collaborating with the curriculum team to refine content, adapting teaching approaches for cultural and regional contexts,



and maintaining clear communication with learners and guardians. The expert will use digital platforms to manage sessions, track attendance, and ensure a supportive, inclusive learning experience for all participants.

Qualifications

Strong English Teaching skills, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and age-appropriate pedagogy for toddlers, students, and working professionals.

Excellent Communication skills in spoken and written English, with the ability to coach public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal communication.

Ability to provide Training through structured programs, workshops, and one-on-one sessions, with experience in coaching diverse age groups.

Translation skills to support learners who may be transitioning from local languages to English, and to clarify complex concepts when needed.

Customer Service skills to interact professionally and empathetically with learners, parents, and clients, ensuring a positive learning experience.

Experience in online or e-learning environments, including familiarity with video conferencing tools and digital classroom platforms.

Relevant academic background in English, Communications, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications are an advantage.

Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple batches or cohorts.

Sensitivity to cultural and regional diversity within Indian and domestic contexts, with an inclusive and learner-centered approach.
