About the Role :

We are looking for a creative and user-centric Product Designer to join our Experience Design team. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital products. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex user problems through thoughtful design and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts, and Researchers to define user-centric solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
- Create user journeys, personas, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
- Validate design solutions using user feedback, analytics,



and usability metrics.
- Ensure consistency across products while adhering to accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design standards.
- Present design concepts and effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in design reviews and sprint planning.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects.
- Expertise in Figma for UI design and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of :
