We're looking for a Public Relations Manager with 5–7 years of experience in a PR agency who is ready to step into a role that demands ownership, leadership, and strategic thinking.

If you've spent years handling media, managing clients, mentoring team members, and believe you're ready for a bigger challenge, we'd love to speak with you.

What we're looking for:





✔️ 5–7 years of experience in a PR agency (mandatory)

✔️ Prior experience managing a team of least 5-6 PR professionals

✔️ Strong media relations across business and mainstream media

✔️ Ability to independently manage client accounts and drive strategy

✔️ Excellent communication, planning, and crisis management skills

✔️ Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions

What you'll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of PR professionals

• Own multiple client mandates from strategy to execution

• Build solid media relationships and deliver impactful coverage

• Guide junior team members and improve team performance

• Work closely with founders on business growth and client success
