Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Public Relations & Brand Communications Executive with 2–3 years of experience to strengthen our brand presence through strategic communications, media relations, influencer partnerships, and integrated marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing PR campaigns, building strong media relationships, managing brand reputation, and driving impactful communication across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Public Relations and Brand Communication strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, and industry stakeholders.
- Draft press releases, media notes, articles, and other communication materials.
- Plan and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Coordinate media outreach, interviews, podcasts, and magazine features.
- Manage influencer and celebrity collaborations.
- Support brand reputation management and crisis communication initiatives.
- Develop communication strategies to improve brand engagement and customer reach.
- Coordinate Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and professional events.
- Build partnerships with veterinarians, pet groomers, animal shelters, trainers, and other relevant organizations.




- Execute society activations and on-ground brand engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate website content to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Plan promotional campaigns, festive initiatives, branded kits, hampers, and marketing collateral.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Public Relations, Brand Communications, Corporate Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with PR agencies, in-house communications, or client servicing.
- Strong media relations and networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in drafting press releases and executing PR campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with influencer and celebrity collaborations.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
