We're looking for a Psychology Associate - Client Success & Delivery to represent PLAT, our employability assessment platform, at colleges and universities across India.

This is a client-facing, field-based role that combines psychology, stakeholder management, assessment delivery, customer success, and business development. You will work closely with institutional leaders to ensure successful implementation of PLAT, deliver meaningful assessment insights, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand partnerships.

What You'll Do

Client Success & Platform Delivery

- Lead the successful delivery and implementation of the PLAT psychometric assessment platform across partner institutions.
- Ensure smooth execution of assessment cycles by coordinating with academic and placement teams.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, student and faculty orientation sessions, and training programmes and institutional representatives.
- Present institutional and student assessment reports to Principals, Deans, HoDs, Training and Placement Officers, and faculty members.




- Guide institutions in understanding findings and implementing recommendations to improve student employability outcomes.

Client Relations & Business Development

- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Collect structured feedback from students, faculty, and institutional leadership to enhance programme delivery.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships through additional assessments, products, or services offered by Offee, and work with the sales team to convert these opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Represent Offee during institutional visits, review meetings, conferences, and presentations.
- Support the formation and engagement of college-level PLAT Committees.
- Build credibility with academic leadership through skilled communication and consultative discussions.

Operations & Reporting

- Maintain accurate CRM records, visit reports, meeting summaries, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate logistics for institutional visits and assessment activities.
- Assist the research and analytics team with documentation, data compilation,



and quality assurance during non-travel periods.

Who We're Looking For:

- MA or MSc in Psychology, preferably Industrial, Organisational, or Business Psychology, or MBA in HR or related fields.
- 1 to 3 years of experience. Fresh post-graduate students with excellent communication skills and a strong client orientation are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of psychometric assessments is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and preferably Marathi as well.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools.
