Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to drive business growth for IoTreat, our innovative AI-powered solution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and industrial transformation. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence by identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and converting prospects into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Development

- Prepare and compile technical and commercial proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with technical, sales, and management teams to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Ensure proposals are clear, structured, and aligned with client requirements.

Documentation & Content Management
- Maintain proposal templates, case studies, company profiles, and standard documentation.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and professional formatting in all proposal documents.
- Maintain a repository of past proposals and reference materials.

Tender & Bid Management
- Track relevant tenders and bidding opportunities from government and private portals.
- Assist in preparing bid submissions and ensure timely completion of documentation.
- Support compliance with tender requirements and submission guidelines.

Coordination & Reporting




- Work closely with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements.
- Maintain records of submitted proposals and track proposal status.
- Prepare reports and updates on proposal activities.

Required Skills
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Valuable understanding of proposal writing, tender documentation, and business communication.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a structured manner.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in proposal writing, bid management, or pre-sales support.
- Exposure to SaaS, IoT, AI, environmental, or industrial solutions is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of government tendering processes is preferred.
