We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Proposal Engineer (Civil) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge, excellent documentation skills, and experience in preparing competitive civil engineering proposals and tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for civil engineering projects.
- Analyze tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and drawings.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, procurement, and project teams.
- Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, and bid documentation.
- Ensure proposals comply with client requirements and company standards.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and support bid submissions.
- Maintain proposal records and tender documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- 2–5 years of experience in proposal engineering, estimation, or tendering.
- Strong understanding of civil construction methods and project execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
