Key roles and responsibilities
1. Role Overview
Responsible for managing the role in Accounts Payable control function across multiple operational SPVs, with a primary focus on execution of vendors payment and validation, expense provisioning,



and statutory compliance support (GST/TDS). The position requires robust control orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high transaction volumes without compromising accuracy or compliance.

2. Vendor Payments & Financial Control
• Review and validate the vendors payment proposals before release
• Ensure the compliances of TDS and GST
• Execution of bank transfers to vendors and employees reimbursements
• Ensure correctness of vendor, invoice reference, amount, and deductions
• Verify bank details and supporting documentation
• Ensure adherence to Delegation of Authority (DOA) and approval matrix

3. Expense Provisioning & Month-End Closure
• Identify and account for all unrecorded expenses O&M;, admin, etc.
• Pass monthly provisions with proper supporting and rationale
• Ensure correct period cut-off and completeness of expense recognition
• Track and reverse provisions in subsequ
