Job Title: Deputy Vice President – User Retention & Lifecycle Management

What you will do:

We are looking for a Deputy Vice President to own user retention and lifecycle management for our platform. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for ensuring that users who activate on the platform stay engaged, deepen their relationship with us, and grow into high-value customers. You will lead a team while staying close to the data yourself — defining the retention agenda, building the tools and programs to deliver it, and incubating new business ideas that emerge from deep user understanding.
