PURPOSE
An Associate Field Engineer is responsible for performing maintenance repairs and installations at customer locations. Supports senior technicians in delivering maintenance and support services to maximize customer satisfaction.



Assists in improving working processes and procedures ensuring service quality is maintained. Provides operational support while gaining technical knowledge in airport services. Assists with managing resources including tools and equipment while receiving training on specific systems and tools. Works under the guidance of experienced team members contributing to team objectives and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Service Engineering ? Install and configure equipment or systems at customer sites according to specifications. ? Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment or systems in a timely manner. ? Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance. ? Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment. ? Maintain accurate records of installations service visits and repairs. ?
