Prasad Corporation Pvt. Ltd., a pioneer in film post-production and digital media services since 1956, seeks a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will leverage deep industry knowledge and established relationships to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen partnerships across the film, advertising, and OTT ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
· Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to annual business growth objectives.
· Identify, approach, and convert potential clients including production houses, ad agencies, OTT platforms, and independent filmmakers.
· Build and nurture long-term relationships with directors, producers, cinematographers, executive producers, and other key stakeholders.
· Conduct market analysis, attend industry events, and proactively create new business opportunities.
· Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate pricing,



and finalize agreements with clients.
· Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Required Competencies & Skills
· Robust knowledge of post-production workflows, VFX processes, and equipment rental operations.
· Proven track record of business development in post-production / VFX / equipment rental industry.
· Existing relationships within the film industry, particularly with DOPs, EPs, and production decision-makers.
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and pitching skills.
· Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities with a “go-getter” mindset.
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
