As we launch our Pet & Hygiene Care product line, we are looking for 2 BTL Executives to plan and execute on-ground consumer activation, retail visibility, and trade marketing programs across Hyderabad, working closely with the Brand Manager and field sales teams.

Role Summary
In FMCG, BTL (Below-the-Line) refers to targeted, on-ground marketing and sales activation designed to directly engage consumers, drive product trials, increase retail visibility, and boost sales at the point of purchase — as distinct from ATL (TV, radio, print).



The BTL Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating consumer activation campaigns, retail promotions, dealer engagement programs, merchandising, and field marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sales for S Labs' pet hygiene portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
1. Consumer Activation
• Plan and execute product sampling campaigns.
• Conduct in-store demonstrations.
• Organise roadshows, kiosks, and mall activations.
• Manage promotional events.
2. Retail Visibility
• Ensure proper Point-of-Sale Material (POSM) placement.
• Monitor branding at retail outlets.
• Improve shelf visibility and merchandising.
• Coordinate display contests.
3. Trade Marketing
• Execute retailer incentive schemes.
• Support distributor promotions.
• Implement seasonal promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate dealer engagement activities.
