Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Individual Contributor (IC)



with 5–8 years of experience in backend development. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Java-based technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms, with a strong focus on building scalable and high-performance systems. The candidate should be comfortable working in an AI-assisted development workplace using tools such as Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code to improve engineering productivity. Working knowledge of frontend technologies such as React and Next.js.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with relational databases and caching systems for high-performance applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
