AlrightTV is a new-age entertainment platform, built in India with the ambition to reach the world. We're making entertainment for a generation that watches differently.

We've grown on the strength of the content. The next phase of growth comes from distribution: being present everywhere our audience already is, across every screen they own, in India and then well beyond it.

That's what this role is for. As General Manager of Distribution & Partnerships, you'll build and lead the partner ecosystem that puts AlrightTV in front of millions of current viewers — through device makers, telecom operators, aggregators, e-commerce platforms, and loyalty programmes. You'll own the strategy, the commercial relationships, and the results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the distribution strategy and revenue plan for all partner-led channels
• Build and grow partnerships with OEMs, telecom operators, ISPs, DTH providers, OTT aggregators, e-commerce platforms,



and rewards and loyalty programmes
• Lay the groundwork for international distribution — identify the right first markets and the partners who can open them, and build a playbook that travels
• Lead commercial negotiations end to end — deal structure, revenue share, minimum guarantees, and renewals
• Design pricing and packaging for bundled and co-branded plans that grow the audience without eroding value
• Work with Product and Engineering on the partner roadmap — app integrations, sign-on, entitlements, billing, and discovery within partner platforms
• Partner with Marketing on co-branded campaigns and activations
• Track and report channel performance, and use the data to decide where to double down
• Build and mentor a small, high-ownership team as the channel scales

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 8–12 years of experience, with at least 4 years in distribution, channel, or B2B2C partnerships
